What You’ll Do:

As a Principal Executive Search Delivery Consultant, you’ll:

1. Lead & Deliver: Take charge of end-to-end Partner-level search projects globally, ensuring outstanding results.
2. Inspire Your Team: Manage and motivate a small, high-performing team (1 consultant + 3 researchers).
3. Engage Clients: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their needs and adding strategic value.
4. Source Top Talent: Use innovative headhunting techniques to identify exceptional leaders across markets.
5. Drive Success: Deliver exceptional outcomes while contributing to our growth and achieving measurable targets.

What You Bring:

1. Experience: 8+ years in executive search or talent acquisition, ideally at Partner/C-level in technology, digital, strategy, or consulting sectors.
2. Leadership: Proven ability to manage and inspire a team.
3. Global Outlook: Experience with international search projects and cross-cultural dynamics.
4. Energy & Results: A proactive, high-energy approach with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
5. Remote Excellence: Disciplined and self-motivated, with a track record of thriving in a remote working environment.
