The Marketing Specialist needs to have experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving engagement, increasing our online footprint, and supporting our business growth objectives.

Results We Expect:
- Update and manage the status of all marketing initiatives daily, ensuring accurate tracking of campaigns through stages like planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
- Monitor the performance of active campaigns weekly and provide status updates on key metrics such as engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates. Identify opportunities for mid-campaign adjustments or optimizations to improve results.
- Conduct weekly market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities that can inform marketing strategy. Present findings to the team for actionable insights.
- Develop and launch new marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid media, etc.), focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement every month. Ensure each campaign is tied to specific KPIs and targets.
- Provide a monthly comprehensive report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and market trends, offering insights and recommendations for improving future strategies.
- Author, review and propose updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and adherence to brand guidelines as needed
- Analyze marketing performance data, adjust strategies based on industry trends, and propose new approaches to enhance engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
- Set and refine marketing goals for the upcoming quarter based on past performance, adjusting targets and strategies to align with company objectives and market conditions.

- Create lead magnets, such as ebooks, checklists, or webinars, to attract potential clients and drive engagement. Continuously optimize content to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Build and refine marketing funnels that guide prospects through the customer journey, from awareness to conversion. Regularly review and adjust funnel stages to improve efficiency and ensure smooth transitions between stages.
- Ensure all team members meet or exceed performance expectations by tracking and reviewing metrics regularly.
- Conduct regular 1:1 sessions with team members and display progress on KPI/OKR scoreboards.
- Review daily task sheets and productivity reports to identify and implement at least one improvement opportunity per month.
- Coach the team to achieve at least 90% of goals and objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the company’s brand presence/identity, increase organic search visibility, and drive traffic to the website
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements
- Create compelling content for various platforms including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Meta, and Google Ads or other social media channels
- Analyze and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to increase engagement
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and leadership, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Experience using GA4 (Google Analytics 4)
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
- Experience using Adobe, Procreate, Canva, or similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working on a Graveyard Shift
- Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries
- Experience in using Project Management software such as Asana, Trello, etc
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media outreach techniques
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software
