Assisting assorted customers with Exchange server, Exchange Online and Office 365 requests. Primarily focused helping customers build cloud maturity and modernize their messaging environments by moving from Exchange Server to Exchange online. Assorted other duties depending on secondary skillsets
As part of the role the candidate will receive training and certification in various in-house value-based engagements that they will be delivering to customers.
8+ years of Deep understanding in Exchange architecture
Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange Server and Exchange Online
Strong Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Protection and Defender for Office 365 Experience
10+ years of experience administrating and supporting Exchange Server 2010 – 2019
Design, administration and/or support experience with Exchange On-Premises and Exchange Online environments
Experience with Exchange hybrid environments and migrations from Exchange Server to Exchange Online
Troubleshooting skills with Exchange Transport, hybrid transport, edge servers and Client Access
Experience with Exchange Disaster Recovery scenarios
Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance related technologies (eDiscovery, DLP, Defender O365, Purview, etc.)
Microsoft Office applications & Outlook (including Outlook for iOS, Android, and Mac)
Microsoft 365 and Exchange on-premises servers administration
Windows Server concepts and administration (Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Networking)
Networking (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP)
