Job Summary

As an SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand’s visibility and driving organic traffic to our digital platforms. You will leverage your expertise with leading SEO tools and your deep understanding of search engine optimization to develop and execute strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify content opportunities and trends relevant to the fashion industry.
• Optimize website architecture, meta tags, content, and images to ensure SEO best practices.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and site speed optimization.
• Build and manage high-quality backlinks to enhance domain authority.
• Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to identify actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to align SEO strategies with broader marketing objectives.
• Monitor and stay updated on SEO industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities.
• Create and deliver detailed SEO performance reports, including traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in e-commerce or fashion.
• Expertise in leading SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, including schema markup, page speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing.
• Familiarity with content management systems like Magento.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining a collaborative approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in international SEO or managing multilingual websites.
• Understanding of local SEO strategies for the Australian market.
