Senior Full Stack Developer (Remote)

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and evolving a Firebase-based front-end environment while integrating it seamlessly with a complex back-end architecture. This role also involves mentoring internal teams and transitioning workflows to an agile development approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the existing front-end architecture built using Google Firebase.
• Develop and maintain back-end services to support the front-end and Firebase integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Train and mentor internal teams on Firebase tools, best practices, and agile workflows.
• Transition from traditional solution design methods to agile, sprint-based development.
• Create detailed documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer and system understanding.
• Lead the evolution of the front-end and back-end systems to align with business objectives.

The tools in your backpack:

• Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong expertise in Node.js for developing scalable back-end solutions.
• Experience with Firebase services (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Authentication, Hosting, etc.).
• Knowledge of mobile app development (e.g., Flutter, Android, iOS).
• Familiarity with complex data models and backend development concepts.
• Ability to implement and maintain agile workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• A proven track record of working in complex, data-driven environments.
