We are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished sales professional with over 7 years of experience in the staffing sector. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals eager to drive innovation within the staffing industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be tasked with identifying and closing new business opportunities, while simultaneously strengthening customer relationships and expanding our market presence throughout the United States. If you excel in a proactive sales role, this opportunity is tailored for you, as you will be instrumental in advancing our One Service Model (MSP for Direct Hire) and overseeing Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing Services for both Enterprise and Mid-Size clients nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage large enterprise (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies.
- Oversee the sales process from initial outreach through to client onboarding.
- Navigate complex sales cycles and influence various levels of decision-making.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Participate in industry events to enhance networking and personal growth opportunities.
Required Skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record in client acquisition within the Professional Staffing or Managed Services sectors.
- Strong customer service acumen and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in technology tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to forge and sustain relationships with key decision-makers in various sectors, including Tech, Finance, and Engineering.
Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience selling professional staffing services to Mid-Market and Enterprise Level clients.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, and VMS.
- A robust network within the Talent Ecosystem community.
- Established connections with key decision-makers across industries.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Willingness to travel for industry conferences 2-3 times a year.
