This role benefits from remote working, with visits to either the Stoke or Essex sites once a week. As such, the successful Marketing and Communications Manager will likely be Midlands based to allow for easy travel.

What will give you the edge.

• Proven experience in B2B and preferably, B2B2C marketing
• Demonstrable skill across digital marketing, content creation and PR and comms.
• You need to be a real doer – this role is very hands-on with implementation, so you need to love being proactive and getting stuck in at the coalface.
• An analytical approach – you need to be able to analyse and demonstrate the success of your campaigns, with a focus on continuous improvement.

As the successful Marketing and Communications Manager, your work will be varied and will have a huge impact. You’ll be responsible for marketing and communication strategies and implementation. We are looking for someone who will take a strategic view of how the business can differentiate from competitors and then lead the implementation of the agreed strategies.

• Customer events and trade shows
