What Makes You Shine: Qualifications Needed

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Docs and Excel for project management and reporting.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, ideally in the construction, electrical, or lighting industry.
• High level of knowledge of lighting systems, electrical work, and construction processes.
• Previous experience in the lighting, construction, or electrical industries.

What You’ll Be Doing: Responsibilities

• Lead lighting installation projects from planning to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and address any issues that arise during projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams (engineering, procurement), contractors, clients, and senior management in both English and Spanish.
• Track and report project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates in English and Spanish.
• Oversee quality control processes, ensuring all work meets safety and industry standards.
