The Role

This is more than a sales role—it’s an opportunity to partner with architects, interior designers, and developers to integrate our luxury hardware into Australia’s most inspired residential designs. You’ll work closely with design professionals, tailoring solutions that reflect exceptional craftsmanship and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the design and architecture sectors.
  • Build trusted relationships with architects, interior designers, and key decision-makers.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the artistry and innovation of our product range.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure our products complement and enhance project visions.
  • Maintain a pulse on industry trends and use this knowledge to position our brand as a market leader.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to project delivery, always ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

 

About You

You’re a sales professional with an intimate understanding of design and architecture. You thrive in dynamic environments, where creativity and strategy intersect, and you know how to balance technical knowledge with a flair for relationship-building.

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the architecture, design, or construction industries.
  • A strong network within the design community and the ability to generate new leads effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and an appreciation for high-quality design and craftsmanship.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A commitment to learning and staying ahead of market trends.
  • A love for dogs as we have a big one called Archer in the office!
