Hiring Ssr Full-Stack Developer Specializing in Front-End, Back-End, or Smart Contracts

We’re looking for a talented Ssr Full-Stack Developer with a specialized skill set in Front-End, Back-End, or Smart Contracts to join UNDR Collective. We’re a venture studio working for a L2 chain, focused on building experimental decentralized applications (dApps), exploring gamified DeFi, tokenomics, and game theory concepts.

About UNDR Collective:

As a recently established venture studio, UNDR Collective is all about experimentation and innovation. We launch short-term, high-impact projects that typically take 2-3 weeks to develop and release. Imagine participating in hackathons every 2 weeks, thats our vision. Our mission is to create experimental Web3 dApps that push boundaries and explore new possibilities within the space.

Role Overview:

As our Full-Stack Developer, you’ll take ownership of a core area (Front-End, Back-End, or Smart Contracts), while collaborating closely with the team to bring each dApp to life. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about decentralized technology and eager to work on cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Develop, test, and deploy features across the full stack with a focus on your area of specialization.

 • Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality dApps.

 • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to the team.

 • Contribute to Agile-based development and daily standups.

 • Stay current with the latest in Web3 and decentralized app development.

 • Assist in planning and architectural decisions.

Requirements:

 • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in either Front-End (React, Vue.js), Back-End (Node.js, Python), or Smart Contracts (Solidity, Web3, AMMs).

 • Proven work experience in Web3 making dapps or crypto projects is a major plus.

 • Strong passion for blockchain technology and dApp development.

 • Must be available for remote work.

Compensation:

Project-based payment in USDC, and payment is set on a per project basis, ranging from 1000 to +$4000. Most projects will also include a generous revenue share proposal.
