You’ll play a pivotal role supporting two senior leaders – EM Supply Chain and EM Shared Services – in our Auckland office. If you have proven PA experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment you could be exactly the right fit for us. You’ll need:

• Experience managing a range of administrative tasks within a corporate environment – our Executive Managers are busy and need someone who can hit the ground running
• Autonomy and problem-solving will come easy to you as this role requires a high level of independence. Proactive with the ability to multi-task, you’ll be the backbone of the team, keeping things moving seamlessly
• Advanced Microsoft Office: you’ll be good at them all, but presentations in PowerPoint will be your secret weapon and your sweet spot will be diary and email management
• You will learn fast through collaboration with the broader leadership team. You’ll enjoy diving into our business, understanding how you can add value, and collaborate to achieve our shared goals.
• Operating at a senior level, it goes without saying that you’ll need a high degree of confidentiality – but it’s important so we are still saying it!
• A charming personality is key, you’ll be building both internal and external relationships with critical stakeholders
