We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Director, Product Management, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Product & Engineering to lead our Product team through our next exciting chapter of growth. You will be managing a team of product managers, while working cross functionality with other teams in the organization.
As the Sr. Director, Product Management, you will lead the Product Management team, driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio to align with business objectives. Your role encompasses overseeing product conception, discovery, development, and lifecycle management while fostering innovation and ensuring adherence to industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional, customer-focused products that meet both market demands and regulatory requirements, positioning the company for sustained success.

- You will define and execute comprehensive product strategies, overseeing the entire lifecycle from conception to end-of-life.
- You will drive innovation and leverage emerging technologies & industry trends to maintain competitive advantage through close collaboration with design, engineering, quality, operations, finance, and growth teams.
- You will develop and implement long-term plans for cost management and profitability while directing all aspects of product definition, planning, production, release, and retirement for both hardware and software offerings.
- You will lead the talent acquisition, development, and performance evaluation processes to ensure a high-performing Product Management function.
We’re excited about you because…
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Applicable experience is also considered.
- You have 10+ years experience in product management roles within the HealthTech or Pharmacy industry.
- You possess strong leadership skills with the ability to direct cross-functional teams and drive results.
- You have excellent strategic planning and execution abilities.
- You possess a strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the med-tech field.
- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- You are able to innovate and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- You have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this position is $207,000-$290,000; the final salary offered will be dependent on selected candidate’s experience level, skills, and qualifications
