Job Description

– CMS Management Oversee and manage the operation of SiteCore CMS ensuring optimal performance and usability
– Issue Resolution Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve issues related to performance updates and configurations
– System Monitoring Monitor CMS health and identify potential problems before they impact users or systems
– Updates and Patches Apply updates patches and configurations to SiteCore CMS as necessary
– Collaboration Work closely with other teams development QA infrastructure to resolve cross-functional issues and enhance CMS functionality
– Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of issues solutions and operational procedures
– Customer Support Provide second-level support for escalated issues from the help desk and end-users.

– Analytical Thinking Ability to break down complex problems and find efficient solutions
– Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and document issues clearly
– Documentation Ability to create and maintain clear organized documentation for technical support and troubleshooting

Technical Skills

– Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET is essential for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
– A solid understanding of SQL Server is necessary to manage and maintain databases,
– Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is needed for implementing and customizing the user interface.
