About the Role
We’re looking for a visionary eCommerce Trade Manager to drive our trade digital ecosystem. This is not a maintenance role—this is about building something extraordinary. You’ll be the architect of cutting-edge eCommerce practices, uniting teams, tools, and technology to create seamless customer experience.
The eCommerce Trade Manager will oversee the daily operations and overall user experience of the website, ensuring its smooth and effective performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role is pivotal in optimising conversion, supporting customer journeys and ultimately, increasing key eCom metrics. By aligning activities across the site and optimising the use of eCommerce tools—including content management, search, merchandising, promotions, and product information—the eCommerce Trade Manager will drive efficiency and deliver exceptional outcomes for both the business and its customers.
With direct oversight of a talented team, you’ll inspire and empower them to deliver exceptional results, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Innovate and Lead – Establish a cutting-edge eCommerce trade framework, aligning teams across the business to achieve unified goals while guiding and mentoring your team to excel in their roles.
- Data-Driven Excellence – harness analytics to uncover opportunities, forecast trends, and optimise site performance.
- Customer-Centric Evolution – Use insights to eliminate friction points, improve usability, and create seamless shopping experiences.
- Conversion Mastery – Drive measurable improvements across the customer funnel through creative CRO initiatives and A/B testing.
- Strategic Collaboration – Partner with internal stakeholders, from marketing to product development, to deliver campaigns that wow our customers.
- Digital Ownership – Oversee key eCommerce tools, ensuring they are leveraged to their full potential to enhance revenue and customer engagement.

- Expertise: 4-5+ years in eCommerce with a focus on trade, strategy, analytics, and customer experience optimisation.

- Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms, CRO tools, and data analytics.
