The Marketing Project Lead plans, implements, and manages marketing programs that enhance the overall image of Arrowhead Credit Union with focus on strategic goals, sales, response rates, and brand management.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
1. Personally, provides exceptional Member service; uses Service Standards in every work-related interaction.
2. Assists the VP of Marketing with the development of annual marketing budget and plan.
3. Takes the lead to develop and implement all aspects of major campaigns including market-timed promotions; determines, documents and manages project scope, goals, timelines and milestones; delivers projects on time and within budget.
4. Applies Member and sales information from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to target audiences to achieve organizational and marketing objectives.
5. Designs small-scale projects and versions out existing artwork for additional mediums.
6. Manages vendor relationships, including: selection; negotiating project costs; and providing creative direction.
7. Oversees programming needs related to campaign implementation and measurement.
8. Manages agency and freelance designers to create promotional and collateral pieces.
9. Manages online content of website, including design and copywriting.
10. Develops and implements monthly branch merchandising plan.
11. Coordinates and promotes educational workshops, sales events, Member appreciation programs and other Credit Union meetings.
12. Prepare project timelines plus manage projects to establish budgets.
13. Attain project milestones as scheduled and present final materials on-time.
14. Conduct all activities plus assigned projects within budget to best quality possible.
15. Ensure to bid, purchase, negotiate and manage all external vendor services for art, design, and photography, etc.
16. Develop, maintain and update comprehensive project files as well as documentation like instructions, charts, logging, and tracking, etc.
17. Monitor scheduling, planning, and resource management from accepted concept through delivery for allocated marketing projects and campaigns.
18. Manages collateral inventory and supply levels.
19. Maintains a proficient knowledge and compliance of all applicable rules and regulations under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) laws/regulations applicable to area of responsibility. Complies with all BSA/AML and OFAC laws/regulations.
20. Other duties as assigned by supervisor as necessary to achieve the goals of the Credit Union and the department.

The pay range for this position is listed below.
Starting pay for successful applicants is generally within the minimum to midpoint of the pay range. Our consideration for pay is designed to support career growth and development over time. Offers extended depend on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to individual experience, knowledge, training, education, geographic location, market demands, and internal equity.
Pay range:
Minimum: $66,560.00/annual | Midpoint: $83,200.00/annual | Maximum: $99,840/annual
Experience
Required
- 5 – 8 years: A minimum five (5) years of directly related marketing and/or communications experience is required; similar experience within a financial institution is highly preferred. High school diploma or its equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related field. Seven (7) years of directly related experience can be substituted for the degree.
