Your Role as a Project Manager

Reporting to the Director, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery while managing two small, skilled teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Compliance: Ensure all projects meet mandatory contract requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain Eco Sparky’s high standards, adhering to installation standards and quickly address non-conformances.
• OHS Compliance & Risk Assessments: Ensure all projects meet safety and regulatory requirements. Conduct spot checks on site and risk assessments to mitigate potential issues.
• Site Visits: Oversee and coordinate activities regularly on project sites to ensure smooth execution.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive leader with proven experience in managing successful projects and driving team performance.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of Project Manager experience.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematic designs and drawings.
• Strong understanding of contract compliance, OHS regulations, and risk assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Full C-Class Drivers License. 
• Full rights to work within Australia. 

Desirable Qualifications:

• A qualification in electrical trade, project management, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in the solar or construction industry.
