Description
Reporting into the SVP of Partner Marketing, the Head of Partner Marketing will lead the partner marketing strategy in the region and be responsible for executing on-brand, high performing B2B marketing campaigns and developing deep relationships with partners in the region.
The position is based in Warsaw or Budapest and you will be the people manager of the CEE partner marketing team. You will also be part of a pan-regional partner marketing team across SkyShowtime markets and you will work closely with the pan-regional team to deliver high performing marketing campaigns to support and accelerate the growth of SkyShowtime.
As Head of Partner Marketing, you will work closely with SkyShowtimes distribution team to collaborate on partner strategy and be responsible for executing best-in-class B2B marketing campaigns, sales campaigns & partner activations that support our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- The Head of Partner marketing CEE will be responsible for the partner marketing strategy in CEE.
- You and your team will deliver the best-in-class development, planning and execution of high performing B2B marketing campaigns, sales campaigns and partner activations, in a close cooperation with our partners.
- You will lead a small partner marketing team in CEE (consisting of managers) and together with your team, own the marketing relationship with our partners in CEE.
- You will be responsible for identifying, suggesting, and presenting new opportunities working with partners to create greater awareness of our content and create mutual growth.
- You will be part of SkyShowtime’s pan-regional Partner marketing team and work collaboratively with your European colleagues to deliver creative and impactful campaigns. You will gain partner marketing experience outside of CEE on pan-regional marketing initiatives.
- You will work collaboratively with internal Marketing, PR, Content, Social teams ensuring briefs and objectives are clear, messaging is cohesive, and campaigns and executions are seamlessly integrated as part of the overarching SkyShowtime marketing strategy. You are ensuring campaigns are locally relevant and impactful.
- You are in contact with partners on a day-to-day basis and enjoy having many touch points across marketing and content etc. You will be an integral part of building SkyShowtime with partners and you are successful at building relationships.
- You will develop and execute partner marketing initiatives that deliver to our broader business strategy and work closely with our distribution and partnership team on supporting our distribution strategy and our presence in the B2B market.
- You will be responsible for developing and managing the allocated partner marketing budgets in CEE.
- You enjoy presenting externally and internally
- You will travel regularly.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in-house partner marketing department/or agency (desired industries: SVOD, Subscription based services, TV, Entertainment).
- Strong experience in building B2B marketing strategies and working actively with team to execute.
- Strong commercial understanding.
- Very good understanding of subscription-based/Direct-To-Consumer products. Experience of SVOD, Media/TV/film is a desired plus.
- Experience in leading a team within a fast paced marketing environment.
- In-depth experience with partner marketing, building partnerships, understanding the importance of partners and how to interact with them, to build and implement a best-in-class partner strategy.
- Strong experience in delivering creative marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Experience working with partners and their relevant marketing channels.
- Must be proactive, organised, detail orientated and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- You start new projects with ease, have a heightened sense of responsibility and ownership, as well as a desire and passion for making SkyShowtime go to market.
- Experience working with international teams, across multiple markets and cultures.
- Independent, open, team player and non-hierarchical.
- Must be fluent in English and Polish/or Hungarian with excellent oral and writing skills. Additional language capabilities across CEE are a plus.
