We are looking for a dedicated **Project Manager** to help us manage client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of web and app development projects. Job Description: We are seeking an organized and dynamic **Project Manager** to oversee web and app development projects. In this role, you will manage client communications, ensure project milestones are met, and act as the liaison between clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for making sure that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: – Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and high satisfaction. – Manage the entire lifecycle of web and app development projects, from planning and execution to delivery and post-launch support. – Collaborate with internal teams (developers, designers, QA) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. – Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. – Prepare and present project updates, reports, and presentations to clients. – Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, addressing them before they impact project timelines or quality. – Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and high client satisfaction. – Coordinate meetings and discussions with clients and internal teams to ensure all requirements are understood and met. Skills & Qualifications: – Proven experience in project management, specifically in web and app development. – Strong understanding of web and mobile development processes, technologies, and tools. – Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients. – Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. – Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar). – Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. – Client-focused with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
