Your Responsibilities
- Drive growth strategy: Execute and evolve VSG’s growth strategy to capture new market opportunities.
- Market analysis: Keep a close eye on market trends and deliver insights to improve our positioning and strategy.
- Lead generation: Identify, reach out to, and connect with potential customers, establishing strong, trust-based relationships.
- Prospect engagement: Set up meetings with high-potential leads to showcase our software solutions and tailor approaches to their needs.
- Sales closing: Partner with internal teams to negotiate and close deals, ensuring seamless onboarding for new clients.
- Marketing collaboration: Support marketing campaigns and initiatives, aligning outreach efforts to boost brand awareness and generate demand.
Your Qualifications
- B2B Sales experience: At least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role within the IT sector; experience selling software development services is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivation & ambition: You are proactive, ambitious, and eager to take ownership of your work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to present with confidence and clarity.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a second language is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel: Ability to travel occasionally in Europe or the USA to meet clients and attend events.
