General Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the dental industry. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. This role is on our acquisition sales team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Vyne Dental’s client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Vyne Dental’s products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
Physical Demand
The role primarily involves prolonged periods of sitting while working at a computer, which includes tasks such as making calls, participating in virtual meetings, and conducting product demonstrations. While the job is sedentary, it’s important for remote sales representatives to take regular breaks to stand, stretch, and move around to avoid the potential negative health impacts of extended sitting. Additionally, they may occasionally need to set up and organize their home office environment, which could involve light lifting and rearranging of equipment. Overall, the physical demands are low but maintaining good ergonomic practices and incorporating movement into the daily routine is essential for overall health and well-being.
Work Environment
A home office or a dedicated workspace within their residence. This environment should offer a high degree of flexibility and autonomy, allowing individuals to customize their setup to suit their comfort and productivity needs. Essential tools include a reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, a quality headset for clear communication, and access to necessary sales and communication software. The setting should be quiet and free from distractions to facilitate focused work and professional virtual interactions with clients and team members. The remote nature of the job also necessitates strong self-discipline and time-management skills to balance work responsibilities with potential home-related interruptions. Overall, the work environment is characterized by comfort, flexibility, and the ability to create a personalized, efficient workspace.
Security Role / Responsibility
- Protected Health Information (“PHI”): This position may have access to and be responsible for the security of PHI/PI on an incidental basis.
- Human Resource Information: This position may have access to and be responsible for the security of information including salary, insurance, reviews, resumes.
- Financial Admin: This position may have access to and be responsible for the security of financial administrative accounts and corporate accounts.
- Application Admin: This position may have access to and be responsible for securely administering user access to corporate applications.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Business Suite.
- Knowledge of the dental industry and revenue cycle management is preferred.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
