What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure reps are growing their territories by regularly following up with their assigned accounts in order to identify new projects and contacts.
- Identify strategies to expand book of business by capturing net new accounts within an assigned territory.
- Drive collaboration with the field sales team in order to capitalize on projects that require an on site presence.
- Manage Inside Sales dashboard (in Salesforce.com) in order to create visibility while simultaneously holding reps accountable to daily and monthly performance metrics.
- Provide Sales Ops with accurate data regarding spiff/incentive plan pay out.
- Own phone and software set up for new hires.
- Perform call reviews in order to coach reps on how to capture the attention of contractors, project managers and other key contacts within the construction vertical.
- Write and maintain up to date cadences using prospecting software while verifying consistent and uniform usage.
- Use quantitative data to conduct performance reviews and yearly merit process.
- Collaborate with direct supervisor on Inside Sales SMART goals and Incentive Plan.
- Collaborate with other Inside Sales Managers to identify strategies for selling across platforms.
- Monitor pipelines for all reps performing Telesales work to ensure aggressive and ongoing follow up.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of leadership experience, with at least two years in remote sales.
- Three years of experience in the construction industry or in sales to construction companies, contractors, and/or design-build firms.
- At least one year of experience using call center software (e.g., Nice, Mitel, Five9, or Salesloft Sales Dialer) and two years of experience with Salesforce or other relevant CRM systems.
- Strong sense of urgency, decisiveness, and proven ability to delegate effectively.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the year.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and performance targets.
