To support our growth, we’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager who excels in direct sales and relationship management.
Your Role at Arqsix
As a Key Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Drive Direct Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing opportunities through direct sales channels, with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your sales expertise to generate leads and close deals in line with market conditions.
- Expand Client Portfolio: Proactively approach both potential and existing clients to uncover new project opportunities, pitch tailored solutions, finalize agreements, handle legal administration, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Client Relationship Management: Strengthen strategic relationships with current clients through regular communication and collaboration, ensuring they remain engaged and satisfied.
- Strategic Liaison: Act as the key contact for clients, facilitating seamless communication between them and internal teams.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with other Key Account Managers and your supervisors to align on strategy and ensure consistent project delivery.
- Understand Client Needs: Develop a deep understanding of customer objectives, crafting solutions that address their unique challenges.
- Timely Delivery: Ensure products and services are delivered as promised, quickly addressing issues to build trust.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and key stakeholders to anticipate and act on opportunities.

- Proven Sales Experience: You have significant hands-on experience in direct sales, consistently exceeding targets by identifying and pursuing new opportunities and closing deals.
- Relationship Builder: Your interpersonal skills enable you to manage multiple clients and projects effectively, building lasting partnerships.
- Professional Communicator: Your written and spoken English is at a professional level, allowing you to communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Remote Sales Proficiency: You’re experienced in remote sales processes, with virtual meetings as a standard practice.
- Industry Knowledge (or Passion to Learn): Experience in architecture or design communication is an asset. If you’re new to the field, we’ll provide training—you just need the enthusiasm to master it.
