Our client is looking for a Market Manager (m/w/d) to develop their business in Poland in the automotive parts industry. The position is fully remote and open to Freelancers (B2B).
| Your challenges?
As a Market Manager, you will support the creation of our client’s entity and be in charge of developing its business in Poland. To do so, you will be involved in the Marketing Strategy Development, active Sales and Network, Budget Planning and Controlling and Customer Satisfaction.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
· Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and achieve company goals.
· Drive product awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth by managing campaigns, analysing market trends and building relationships with clients to meet sales targets.
· Create and monitor market budgets including cost control and ROI analysis
· Ensure high customer satisfaction by implementing customer focused measures and service processes.
· Collaborate with the teams based in the USA and Germany.
B2B contract – 100% remote in Poland.
Start date: as soon as possible.
Gross annual salary range: 200,000 – 240,000 PLN (B2B) + performance related bonus.
| What do we expect from you?
You graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
You have a hands-on experience in sales, market management marketing or as similar position during which you acquired an in-depth knowledge of sales and key account management and built, led and motivated multicultural teams in a cross-functional environment. Ideally, you have an experience in the car dealer channel or in OEM aftersales.
You developed a strong ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed business decisions. You are result-oriented and you know how to lead negotiations.
You have excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills to effectively interact with internal as well as external stakeholders. You are solution-oriented and you can quickly adapt to a new environment with multicultural teams.
You are resilient and stress tolerant in a fast-paced work environment. You take responsibility and initiatives in a proactive manner and independently.
You speak Polish fluently (C1/C2) and your level of proficiency in English is advanced (B2 minimum). German is a plus.
You are willing to travel, both domestically and internationally.
