Before You Apply

• Annual Gross Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 USD (Approx. €47,000 – €52,000)

• Equity: Available as a bonus and incentive

• Location: Fully remote

• Eligibility: Open to workers in the EU + UK

• Payment Details:

Roosted may not have a local presence in your country. The job will be paid via Wise, Revolut, or another payment app of your choice. You will have a legal US employment agreement with Roosted but will be responsible for paying your own taxes, at least for the first year.

• Primary Requirement: A marketer with very strong English copywriting skills.

Job Description

You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of marketing for our small but dynamic team. Your goals will include achieving expected lead volumes and quality while developing your analytical skills and turning data into actionable strategies.

You’ll collaborate with the sales team on copywriting projects and work alongside the CEO to meet targets. You’ll also have the freedom to optimize every aspect of the funnel, including copy, landing pages, channel mix, audiences, and creative materials, with guidance available as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media postings.

• Oversee blogs and newsletters.

• Manage outbound email campaigns.

• Coordinate website updates (no hard technical skills required—copywriting, analytics, and layout strategy only; we work with external vendors for graphics and technical publication).

• Write compelling copy for various purposes.

• Develop lead magnets.

• Report on campaign performance, analyzing metrics like CPC, conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue.

• Execute campaigns end-to-end, including ad copy, creativity, audience selection, and keyword analysis (with vendor support for graphics and technical execution).

• Design and execute A/B tests, using data sets effectively.

• Conduct research and analysis, including keyword research, market trends, and competitor monitoring.

Technical Skills

• Language: English (near-native proficiency required, as copywriting is a major part of the role).

• 3–5 years of experience in copywriting.

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or growth marketing.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract actionable insights from data.

• Familiarity with B2B marketing processes.

• Proven experience working toward goals and delivering significant results.

Desirable Skills

• Proven experience in the B2B/SaaS industry.

• Familiarity with the following tools:

• Google Analytics

• Google Tag Manager

• Unbounce

• Webflow
