Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Customers: Actively promote our product portfolio at customer meetings and industry events, showcasing how our solutions can effectively tackle customer challenges and enhance business performance.
- Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with sales representatives to identify new sales prospects and expand existing customer accounts.
- Lead Proof-of-Concepts: Collaborate with clients to design and assess technical solutions during PoC projects, whether conducted remotely or onsite.
- Deliver Presentations: Facilitate product demonstrations and technical discussions, particularly with executive-level stakeholders.
- Drive Innovation: Gather insights from customer interactions to inform product development, ensuring alignment with market demands.
- Share Knowledge: Mentor and guide peers and internal teams to enhance the overall capabilities of the organization.
- Custom Tailor Presentations: Adapt presentation materials to align with the specific requirements of each customer, delivering a personalized experience.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the observability sector.
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with contemporary technologies such as containers, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary Range: (82,000 – )133,000, reflecting experience, skills, education, and work location.
