As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in building strategic partnerships with Integrated Software Vendors (ISVs) and driving revenue growth through innovative payment solutions tailored to vertical markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads and opportunities through targeted prospecting efforts.
- Achieve assigned sales volume targets and strategic objectives.
- Collect functional and business requirements from partners and convert them into actionable solution design documentation.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor sales operations metrics.
- Formulate and implement strategies to expand existing business relationships.
- Transform new business leads into qualified sales opportunities that drive revenue.
- Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing our solutions.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations, effectively communicating value propositions.
- Ensure customers are informed about product updates, enhancements, and modifications.
- Compile reports for sales and marketing as required.
- Collaborate with product management and other departments to integrate client feedback into future product offerings.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchant acquiring and selling merchant services to ISVs/VARs.
- Proficient in sales techniques with a solid understanding of merchant processing and pricing strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of financial and payment solutions technologies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Excel or MS Project for deliverable tracking and risk management.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- A proven track record of success in sales and relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
