We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take the lead in coordinating our network of contractors working within the CHSP (Commonwealth Home Support Program) funding scheme; ensuring services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and with the quality our clients deserve.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing contractors and teams: Oversee a diverse network of allied health professionals to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Ensuring compliance: Keep everything above board by monitoring industry standards, regulations, and certifications.
• Tracking KPIs: Set and manage Key Performance Indicators, driving performance improvements where needed.
• Driving growth: Identify opportunities to expand services and improve delivery in the Darling Downs region.
• Stakeholder engagement: Build strong relationships with community groups, clients, and other key stakeholders.
• Budget oversight: Manage project budgets and contractor payments, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Quality assurance: Conduct regular service assessments and audits to maintain high standards of care.

Who You Are

• A proven Project Manager with experience in health or allied health sectors.
• Skilled in contractor coordination, compliance management, and KPI oversight.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills who thrives on engaging with stakeholders.
• Experience with NDIS or Aged Care services is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the Darling Downs region is strongly regarded.

Qualifications

• A qualification in project management or an equivalent allied health field (desirable).
• Previous experience in an organisation delivering Aged Care or NDIS services is highly regarded.
