Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at WebCret. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing social media creatives and other advertising materials that align with our clients’ brand identities and marketing goals. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design visually appealing and engaging social media creatives, including graphics, animations, and videos, for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

– Create and design advertising materials such as banners, posters, flyers, brochures, and digital ads.

– Collaborate with the marketing and advertising teams to develop and execute design concepts that align with campaign objectives.

– Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all creative materials.

– Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of designs.

– Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.

– Provide input and feedback on design briefs and creative concepts during brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

– Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.

– Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

– Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including social media creatives and advertising materials.

– Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

– Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

– Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback into designs.

– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

– Knowledge of social media platforms and their specific design requirements is a plus.
