Job Overview:We are seeking a creative and passionate Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design and a deep understanding of communication design, digital, and UI/UX. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand and enhance the user experience. • Develop and execute visual designs for digital products, marketing materials, and web assets.
• Collaborate with other developers to deliver cohesive and user-centric designs.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that improve user experiences.
• Work on visual identity projects, including logos, typography, color schemes, and other branding elements.
• Create mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and digital product innovations.
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms and devices.
• Refine and iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Manage the social media creatives and help the marketing team in their digital campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Visual Designer, UI/UX Designer, or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and visual design skills in digital products and communication design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Knowledge of current UI/UX trends and best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a startup environment
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, and fundamental concepts in graphic design.
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and creative design thinking
• Understanding of modern design web frameworks is a plus.
