Responsibilities:

• Tasked with analyzing, planning, and sequencing user interactions with digital healthcare software or applications to ensure accessibility, scalability, and sustainability.
• Utilizing insights from the Human-centered design process, the UX Designer actively listens to the needs of patients and physicians, crafting designs that prioritize ease, clarity, usefulness, and aesthetic appeal.
• Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, the UX Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping products that align with user needs, business requirements, and deliver a best-in-class seamless user experience across various digital platforms and devices.
• Responsible for executing various design tasks while providing oversight for vendors involved in the Experience Design scope of work. Additionally, they ensure designs meet accessibility standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of experience as a UI and UX designer, ideally with experience working on large scale websites.
• 4+ years of Designing and building in Figma?
• 3+ years of Building and maintaining design systems (UI components, light mode/dark mode) & Working with preset branded designs patterns
• 4+ years of experience w/ Designing for accessibility (WCAG)

Compensation Details: $69.62hr W2
