The Role

As a Motion & Animation Designer, you’ll craft engaging animations and motion graphics that bring ideas and brands to life. This role combines technical expertise with creative vision, offering the chance to work on various projects for global clients.

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about motion design and animation and curious about how AI can enhance creative processes. If you’re a problem-solver, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a sharp eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling animations and motion graphics for various media, including explainer videos, digital campaigns, product demos, and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate across disciplines with designers, strategists, and clients to conceptualize and execute impactful visuals.
• Experiment with AI tools and technologies to push creative boundaries and improve workflow efficiency.
• Ensure animation excellence: Focus on fluid motion, dynamic timing, and cohesive storytelling across all deliverables.
• Maintain brand integrity: Ensure all designs align with client guidelines and brand values.
• Problem-solve creatively: Address complex briefs with fresh ideas and deliver high-quality results on time.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years in motion design and animation, with a portfolio showcasing dynamic and creative projects.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of animation principles and tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya is highly valued.
• Animation Skills: A strong understanding of animation fundamentals, including character animation, timing, and movement.
• AI Enthusiasm: An openness to integrating AI tools into your creative workflow.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills to effectively articulate ideas and solutions.
• Efficiency: A detail-oriented and results-driven approach to managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Storytelling: A talent for using motion and animation to communicate ideas and tell captivating stories
