Your Role 

Be part of the growing business!!!  We’re looking for multiple a Motor Claims Consultants to join our high energy team. 

This is a dynamic role, providing you excellent exposure. You’ll provide subject matter expertise to customers on effective complaints management processes to support and enable positive customer outcomes.

This is an opportunity to truly enhance your skill set, as you will have access to industry leading developmental and training programs. Each day will be different, where you’ll  put on your thinking hat and offer appropriate customer solutions.

This is a permanent full-time role and works with a fun and supportive team offering great flexible working arrangements.  We have multiple positions across Australia.

About You 

We are looking for someone who is agile and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will also demonstrate:

•    Strong customer service experience  
•    Demonstrated ability to show resilience and empathy towards customers 
•    Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
•    Proficient  with computers & systems –  juggling multiple software systems at the same time
•    Ability to multitask
