We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead to oversee our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, and a strong background in C# development. As Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible
for guiding and mentoring the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and driving innovation within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for individual and team improvement.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to architectural guidelines. Working closely with the architecture team and infrastructure team.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the Data systems to enhance efficiency and the customer experience within the context of the financial services sector.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all solutions and system configuration, changes, and Agile development processes, while adhering to industry compliance requirements.

Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Strong programming skills in C#. Knowledge in React is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles and database design techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, CosmosDB, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Proficiency in industry-specific financial systems and regulatory requirements
