Your Role

● Lead and energize Scrum ceremonies that foster innovation and team excellence

● Masterfully remove obstacles to keep your team focused on delivering exceptional AI solutions

● Partner with Product Owners to craft and maintain strategic product backlogs

● Leverage your AI/ML expertise to bridge technical and operational considerations

● Shield your team from distractions while maintaining laser focus on delivering high-value increments

● Utilize cutting-edge Agile tools to ensure seamless workflow and transparency Work-Life Balance

● Primary telecommute position

● Flexible work arrangement with occasional onsite meetings in the DC Metro area

● Collaborative, high-impact environment

Required Qualifications

● Must be currently located in the DC Metro area and in the US for the past three

consecutive years

● US Citizen or US Person (Green Card Holder) with ability to obtain a level 5 Public Trust

Clearance

● Active Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one

● Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience with large-scale projects in an agile

environment (or 12+ years of experience in lieu of degree)

● Demonstrated expertise in NLP and LLP model implementation

● Prior experience with AI/ML product development

● Strong foundation in AI concepts and methodologies

● Deep understanding of agile project management

● Proven ability to thrive under pressure and navigate competing priorities

● Experience with system engineering lifecycle concepts and architectural frameworks

Required Certifications

● Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent

● Advanced Scrum certifications (e.g., Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM),

Certified Scrum Professional (CSP))

Preferred Skills

● Experience in tech industry and start-up environments

● Track record of successful go-to-market strategy implementation

● Familiarity with AI tools, productions, and applications

● Expertise in Atlassian suite products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
