We offer therapy and psychiatry through telehealth provided by adolescent mental health specialists. We are expanding our clinical team nationwide and are looking for skilled therapists who are passionate about adolescent and young adult mental health care.

Qualifications

Registered in New Jersey as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC).
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, other Behavioral Science
Experience providing telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults.
Comfortable learning new online tools and technology
Strong written and verbal communication
Familiar with evidence-based practices
Be comfortable to work from home with reliable internet connection and must have privacy for patient safety and to meet HIPAA requirements

Responsibilities

40 hours per week made up of 10 non-clinical and 30 clinical hours per week
Provide weekly individual therapy for a caseload of up to 30 patients, ages 12-24
Deliver Vita’s care pathways that you will be trained in
Complete all required documentation in a timely manner
Attend regular meetings with Clinical Supervisor
Additional duties as assigned

Compensation: $50k – $65k annually

Compensation is based on years of experience and other credentials
