Role Overview:

Riddec is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer based in BELARUS who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our development needs, from frontend to integrations, support of several blockchains and more. The candidate will be self-driven and pro-active, have a strong background in delivering high-quality maintainable solutions and experience working with blockchain.

Position: Full Time

Location: Remote or On Site

Operational Time Zone: GMT +0 to +4 (to ensure overlapping work hours with the team)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of relevant development experience with a strong emphasis on web development and back-end integration.

Core Skills:

1. Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript for building complex applications in finance and blockchain domains.
2. Solid expertise in Node.js, PostgreSQL, SQL, Docker, and REST APIs for back-end systems and database management.
3. Blockchain: Familiarity with EVM-based chains (e.g., Ethereum) is essential.

Nice to have:

1. Experience in React, Redux, SCSS for building responsive, high-performance applications.
2. E-finance: Previous experience in building financial applications.
3. CI/CD & Infrastructure: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Kubernetes and AWS services.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Architect and drive the development of our web applications.
• Security & Maintainability: Contribute to the development of applications with a focus on high-quality design, clean code, and maintainability of solutions.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to create seamless user experiences.
• System maintenance: Monitor system performance, react to incidents and investigate issues.
