Role Overview:
The Senior Research Analyst will conduct comprehensive research, provide guidance to junior team members, analyze data, develop reports and presentations, and create engaging content related to the assigned center’s framework. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact and support the growth of our research initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide research directions and questions to guide junior team members in database creation.
- Collaborate with team members to align research projects with objectives.
- Develop Handover Files using assigned frameworks, templates, and guidelines.
- Analyze research data to identify key insights.
- Conduct extensive research and in-depth analysis within assigned frameworks.
- Write articles for Insights Magazine on designated topics.
Main Deliverables
- Create engaging, informative content for target audiences.
- Synthesize information using various research methods and tools.
Additional Tasks
- Contribute to podcast research and collaborate on topic and guest selection.
- Mentor and assist in onboarding new research team members.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance team research quality.
- Update weekly sprint and monthly progress reports.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and learning activities.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by managers.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Medicine, Biology, Public Health, Gerontology, or a closely related discipline providing a strong foundation in life sciences and health-related research.
- Extensive experience in research and analysis roles, with a demonstrated track record of conducting/involvement in research projects.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to delve deep into complex topics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently, but also a collaborative team player.
- Prior experience in supervisory or team leadership roles is a plus.
- Fluency in written and verbal English is a must.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple research topics.
- Are energetic, entrepreneurial, hardworking, and persistent.
