What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide excellent customer service to guarantors with questions or complaints regarding their billing statements
• Efficiently handle inbound calls while meeting established performance targets for productivity and quality
• Review account history to understand and resolve customer inquiries effectively
• Document calls in the Practice Management System to ensure continuity of service
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and communicate root causes of customer issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Graduate/GED required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare (professional) billing, health insurance, or equivalent operations work environment
• Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Technical School or 2 Years College/Associates Degree preferred
• Experience with Practice Management Systems or similar software
