Key Responsibilities
Building brand awareness, demand, and lead generation in our Scandinavian region (Sweden & Norway). You are responsible for generating growth in this region independently, with strong collaboration with your international marketing team, local sales team, and our marketing agencies.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute demand-generation marketing campaigns to drive engagement and hit performance KPIs.
- Platform & Event Expertise: Leverage tools such as LinkedIn for Business, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms for strategic optimization, event organization, and multiple bigger and smaller tasks in the wonderful world of marketing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align strategies with organizational goals through effective teamwork with diverse, international colleagues.
- Content Development: Create engaging, brand-aligned content following the 2025 content plan to boost awareness and generate leads.
What We Expect From You
- Experience 2-3 years in B2B, Growth, Performance, or Digital Marketing, ideally in SaaS or the tech industry.
- Language skills: Proficiency in Swedish and English (bonus: Norwegian).
- Project Management: Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple campaigns effectively and independently.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Innovative thinking for brand development and marketing creativity. An adaptable, proactive mindset that excels in rapidly changing environments.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn for Business, Google Analytics, Canva, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other marketing automation platforms.
- Prior experience in SaaS or tech-focused organizations.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and personalized marketing strategies.
