Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with proven expertise in leading high-impact, complex projects in a dynamic and technology-driven environment. This is a fully remote role, ideal for a highly experienced professional capable of managing diverse stakeholders, optimizing resources, and ensuring flawless delivery. Candidates with a strong background in Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban will stand out, and certifications like Scrum Master will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead strategic, high-visibility projects: Manage multiple medium to large-scale projects involving cutting-edge Cisco technologies, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams.

– Strategic planning and execution: Develop robust Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), schedules, and budgets aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations.

– Autonomous decision-making: Take full ownership of project outcomes, identifying risks, implementing solutions, and ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.

– Cross-functional leadership: Build and lead top-performing project teams, driving alignment across engineering, vendors, and clients.

– Client-facing accountability: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level customer interactions, resolving conflicts and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

– Cost and revenue optimization: Manage budgets with a sharp focus on cost control, margin performance, and revenue recognition.

– Knowledge sharing and mentorship: Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and mentoring junior team members in project management best practices.

Project Complexity:

– Deliver high-stakes projects spanning multiple locations, regions, or technologies, with significant organizational impact.

– Navigate tight deadlines and concurrent priorities with composure and strategic foresight.

– Leverage your expertise to innovate and adapt to the evolving demands of global projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

– PMP Certification (mandatory).

– Additional certifications such as Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, PgMP, or ITIL are a plus.

– Fluency in English.

– Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years managing complex, multi-regional technology projects.

– Strong experience in:

– Project planning, scheduling, and execution.

– Advanced negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.

– Managing multiple project managers or large-scale teams.

– Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban (a plus).
