Role Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. As a full-time member of our business development team, you will be responsible for generating new leads and qualifying opportunities across diverse industries. Your primary goal will be to identify, connect with, and qualify potential clients, setting the stage for our business development managers to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and research potential leads through primary and secondary market research.
– Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to engage with prospects.
– Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales personnel.
– Maintain accurate records of all activities in our CRM system.
– Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.
– Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.
– Provide feedback to enhance sales scripts and improve outreach effectiveness.
Qualifications:
– 3 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in the technology sector.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to effectively engage with prospects and establish strong relationships.
– Proficiency with CRM software and familiar with lead generation tools.
– Highly motivated, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
