What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide quality customer service through effective communication and technical support for Employee Central inquiries
• Manage a high volume of inbound tickets and assist in ticket management and documentation
• Collaborate with employees, managers, and HR to resolve technical issues
• Produce high-quality documentation for processes and system functionalities
• Stay informed about product updates and enhancements to ensure compliance with data privacy guidelines

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting and/or configuring systems or SaaS applications
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of HRIS and ERP systems, preferably Employee Central
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite with strong Excel knowledge

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in application test planning and execution
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Effective organizational and planning skills
