What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues while maintaining a customer-centric focus
• Support internal and external technical needs to enhance technology tool adoption for new clients
• Maintain and update internal and external knowledge databases and documentation
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to improve service performance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience at a world-class level
• Help desk experience is a plus
• Strong technical proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
