Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align project objectives, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning through execution.
• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders across all levels to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals.
• Assess project performance continuously and implement necessary adjustments to keep projects on schedule.
• Utilize tools such as ServiceNow for ticket management and Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting project data.
• Support the management of both infrastructure and application-focused projects.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with the ServiceNow Ticketing system.
• Competence in using Microsoft Excel for managing and tracking project data.
• Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities, with skills in conflict resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with sound judgment in decision-making.
• Experience managing multiple priorities effectively in a high-energy environment.
• Ability to adapt swiftly to changing business needs and project specifications.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in IT, encompassing both infrastructure and application projects.
• A military background is highly regarded.
• Relevant certifications such as SAFe, PSM, or PMP are required.
• Familiarity with a variety of IT technologies pertaining to both infrastructure and application domains.
• Previous experience in the commodity or fertilizer industry is a plus.
