Marketing Strategist Client Program Lead (Remote)

Job Overview: 

The Client Program Lead is the key to Impact Reality’s success. As Client Program Lead, individuals will be responsible for managing projects in various scopes and sizes, setting up the client for success. The Client Program lead will work collaboratively with each client ensuring them the best possible outcome and advice.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop a program strategy, by client/by game, to include execution goals and key objectives for each
• Develop marketing plans that align with the program strategy
• Develop an overarching strategy with deliverables 
• Hold internal meetings with Impact Reality team to ensure alignment on the vision for the game and marketing strategy 
• Task Management 
• Ensuring branding and voice is consistent 
• Lead each project team ensuring the outlined strategies and goals are met
• Responsible for end to end delivery of the client work on each project 
• Reviewing client work for proper branding and template uses
• Ensure that all items are delivered on time
• Share reports of the status of the project internally to Impact Reality Management 
• Update Impact Leadership Team regularly, reviewing project progress, strategy and other critical information 

People:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring positive interactions
• Manage the flow of communication between the client and Impact Reality
• Lead weekly Client Sync meetings with prepared agendas 
• Develop and execute marketing strategy along with a 360 audit of client’s current marketing plans and strategy 
• Lead weekly team meetings for each project prior to Client Sync meetings
• Communicate all known and/or potential issues to the VP of Operations as soon as possible

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or similar experience 
• Experience working in VR and with gaming  (a plus!) 
• Experience using task management and calendar software 
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Flexible, creative and a good collaborator
