What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead project teams on complex, multi-functional projects, often involving international collaboration
• Oversee both planning and execution phases, including requirement collection and business case approval
• Manage project scope, budget, risks, and resources to meet objectives
• Prepare and present project status materials to executive leaders
• Facilitate the translation of business needs into technical solutions while promoting best practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years as a Project Manager in IT-related areas
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related discipline preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing organization is beneficial
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Project Management certification (PMI, PMP, Prince 2, Agile) is a plus
• A good balance of technical knowledge and leadership skills
