Responsibilities

• Oversee the testing processes for our mobile applications developed with Flutter.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality.
• Manage release processes and ensure timely delivery of app versions.
• Perform cross-platform testing using tools like LambdaTest or similar platforms.
• Prepare, execute, and report on manual and automated test scenarios.
• Identify bugs and performance issues, providing actionable feedback to the development team.
• Conduct regular regression testing to enhance user experience.
• Provide detailed and organized reports on test processes and outcomes.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for smooth integration and delivery processes.
• Analyze user feedback to suggest improvements for app quality.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with testing Flutter-based projects.
• Proficiency in writing unit tests and conducting UI testing.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as LambdaTest, BrowserStack, or equivalent.
• Proficient in using project management tools like Notion, Asana, Jira or Trello.
• Hands-on experience in release management processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Skilled in both manual and automated testing processes.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Appium, Selenium) is a plus.
