Job Description:

As an E-commerce Executive, you will oversee product listings, maintain platform operations, and implement marketing strategies to enhance our digital presence. Your role will involve working closely with e-commerce platforms, managing social media campaigns, and ensuring that our brand remains competitive and engaging for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Listings Management:

– Ensure accurate and complete product listings across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.

– Regularly update product descriptions, images, and specifications to reflect current inventory and trends.

– Optimize product listings for better visibility and rankings using SEO strategies.

2. Platform Maintenance:

– Monitor e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth operations and resolve any listing-related issues promptly.

– Collaborate with vendors and platform representatives to implement updates and enhancements.

3. Digital Marketing:

– Develop and execute marketing strategies across platforms like Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Amazon.

– Plan and manage campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales.

– Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for ads and promotions.

4. Social Media Management:

– Handle social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts to maintain an active online presence.

– Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels in a professional and timely manner.

– Monitor trends and implement strategies to grow social media engagement.

5. SEO & Analytics:

– Implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings and traffic.

– Analyze marketing campaign performance and website data to identify opportunities for optimization.

– Generate reports on KPIs and provide actionable insights to the team.

6. Problem Resolution:

– Address and resolve any issues related to listings, platform performance, or customer interactions.

– Liaise with platform support teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

– Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.

– Experience: 0-1 year in a similar e-commerce role (preferably in fashion jewellery or related industries).

– Technical Proficiency:

– Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Drive.

– Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.

– Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Amazon Advertising.

– Soft Skills:

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

– Creative mindset for marketing and content development.

– Additional Skills:

– Knowledge of SEO and listing optimization.

– Ability to analyze and interpret data for decision-making.

– Understanding of social media trends and strategies.

Work Details:

– Location: Work-from-home position.

– Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
