Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Cosy Home, you will play a key role in driving our online presence and marketing efforts across a range of digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and boost sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Update/ Edit Website using WordPress CMS.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design and develop effective digital assets (graphics, videos, etc.) for campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, search engine algorithms, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 Year experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
• Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250.00 per hour
