Join Our Team as a Team Lead in our Repairs Department – Balcatta!

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for streamlining processes, mentoring teams, and driving results? Callidus Group is on the hunt for a skilled Team Lead to join our Repairs Office and take charge of our operations.

This is your chance to combine your leadership expertise with your production management skills in a role that keeps our operations running seamlessly. From managing schedules to inspiring a team, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring deadlines are met, quality standards are exceeded, and clients are delighted.

What You’ll Do:

• Client Liaison: Be the primary connection between clients and teams, managing production schedules with precision.
• Leadership Excellence: Lead, mentor, and inspire the Repairs team, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Production Oversight: Coordinate with inter-departmental leaders to streamline scheduling, meet deadlines, and drive efficiency.
• Team Management: Induct, train, and mentor new staff while fostering collaboration and a strong safety culture.
• Operational Expertise: Create quotations, manage contracts, oversee repairs documents, and maintain Callidus’ work-in-progress systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement effective improvements, hold actionable production meetings, and maintain environmental responsibility.

What You Bring:

• Extensive Experience: A proven track record in production environments and client liaison.
• Tech-Savviness: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
• Quality-Focused: Strong experience working within ISO 9001 and accredited quality systems.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision are second nature to you.
• Leadership Skills: A knack for inspiring teams, solving problems, and making sound decisions.
• Time Management: Excellent punctuality and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a team environment while showing initiative and independence.
